The assembly of the Lumo Light Festival was delayed on Thursday due to challenging weather conditions, but all the installations will be ready by 4 PM on Friday, when the first day of the festival begins. The festival will be open from November 22-24, Friday to Sunday, daily from 4 PM to 10 PM.

The installation route begins at the southern end of Rotuaari (Kirkkokatu, between Saaristonkatu – Albertinkatu), where the installation ”Under Pressure”, a series of eight active figures by Slovakian artist Pavol Truben, is created in collaboration with Oulun Liikekeskus ry.

You can explore the installations and the route on the programme page. On the map on the programme page, you can find more information about the installations by clicking on the numbered points. You can also follow the route on the programme page by sharing your phone’s location and clicking the location button on the map.

OSAO students on Lumo bike will guide event visitors and distribute program brochures along the installation route. Brochures can be returned to the recycling boxes located at Kauppurienaukio, in front of City Hall, at Åström Park, Ainola Park, and Radisson Blu.
