The next Lumo Light Festival Oulu will take place on 19–22 November 2026.
Tiina Vehkaperä’s Black Snow at the Cultural Centre Valve will remain on display through January until the Oulu2026 Opening Festival. During the Opening Festival, the artwork will extend into Franzén Park.
