About the artwork
Hands, as if belonging to a trapped giant, emerge to gently feel the grey concrete, as though trying to grasp, fingertip by fingertip, the outside world in the smallest details of its architecture. The façade becomes a nocturnal urban fresco, both offbeat and poetic, transforming a simple wall into a sensitive landscape. Behind the Walls is a singular and contemplative audiovisual work, of great simplicity, that introduces a subtle disorder in our gaze and makes a familiar landscape appear unfamiliar.
