Site-specific audio-visual installation for Lammassaari Park.

Accompanied by a mesmerizing soundscape and inspired by a pictorial approach, the twenty-minute video projection on loop is created to be displayed on the natural landscape imagined as a huge canvas on which to paint.

Experience

Through an ever changing and contemplative kinetic movement, the sequence of more than one hundred, digitally created, abstract paintings emerge from the darkness. The forms and signs, intertwined in geometrical patterns, purely abstract surfaces or optical textures, illuminate the natural landscape as a large-scale, three-dimensional screen.

That portion of landscape, reshaped by these artworks of lights as a dream-like ambience, not only allows the audience to transcend the boundaries between dream and reality challenging their own visual perceptions but also invite them to interact with such luminous space by exploring its ethereal dimension and getting involved in an immersive art experience.
